With over 22 years in the satellite communications industry, I’ve built my career at the intersection of technical expertise, customer relationships, and sales performance. I’ve spent decades helping clients solve real-world problems, and for the past several years, that focus has translated into consistent top-line revenue growth.
My approach is simple: combine genuine, long-term relationships with smart use of technology. I believe that when you earn a customer’s trust and back it up with responsive service, retention and growth follow naturally.
I am a self-starter and a strong advocate for using modern tools—especially CRM and AI-driven solutions—to help sales teams work smarter, not harder. I’m particularly interested in:
Automating prospect research so sales reps can spend more time selling
Using data and AI to identify high-potential opportunities faster
Generating tailored B2B materials that speak directly to a prospect’s needs
By thoughtfully applying these technologies, I help create sales processes that are more efficient, more targeted, and easier for teams to execute.
To complement my industry experience, I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with Seneca College, building on my Business Marketing Diploma completed in 2021. This education adds a strong foundation in management, strategy, and leadership to my hands-on experience with sales operations and technology.
